Shipping Options and Rates  
Shipping within Florida:  
  - Flat rate: $29.99  

 Shipping outside of Florida (Continental United States):  
  - Flat rate: $39.99  

Local Delivery:
  - Available for locations within a 30-mile radius of our store in Winter Garden, FL.  
  - Rate: $14.99  

Special Products:  

  - For frozen foods and livestock (fish, corals, invertebrates, or plants), please contact us directly for a quote. These items may require Priority Shipping with higher rates.  

Processing Times  
- Order processing can take 2–3 business days.  
- While we strive to process orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on the same day, this is not guaranteed due to high order volumes.  

Shipping Restrictions  
- We do not ship to:  
  - Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.  
  - P.O. Boxes.  
  - Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).  

Important Disclaimers  
1. Delays due to weather or special occasions:  
   - Shipments may be delayed during adverse weather conditions or holiday seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas).  
   - Aquamania is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.  

2. Shipping Guarantee:
   - While we make every effort to ship your order within the estimated time frame, the final delivery time is determined solely by the carrier.  

3. Damage Reports:  
   - If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.  

4. Special Handling for Delicate Products:
   - Livestock and frozen food shipments require specific conditions to ensure their quality. These shipments are subject to additional costs and handled exclusively with prior quotes.
